Don’t just take our word for it!
I’ve been going along to the buggy classes for about 5 months now. My husband works in London and it can be difficult for him to get home in time for me to make an evening exercise class, but with Maria’s classes my little girl can come too – so I always know that I’ll be doing at least some exercise each week (and the little ones seem to enjoy being out in the fresh air too). Maria’s classes are really enjoyable, she’s great at explaining how to do the exercises and the classes vary slightly from week to week so you don’t get bored.
Sarah Guild, Woldingham
I was so pleased to find a class where I can get a really good work out and take my baby girl along with me, Maria who runs the class is knowledgeable about the abilities and needs of new mums. The classes are fun and motivating and are also a great opportunity to meet likeminded people. Maria creates circuits keeping the babies very close by and gets them involved with power walking and buggy lunges! Maria also incorporates core/Pilates style exercises into the work out. I would recommend it to any new mum and all levels of fitness.
Lucy Reid, Reigate
Maria’s classes are a lovely relaxed environment to get some fresh air and exercise with my little girl. The classes are organised in such a way that nobody is ever left behind if babies are having an off day, mum needs to stop to give baby a quick feed or balance baby on a knee whilst continuing sit ups. Nothing is a problem no matter how unpredictable the baby, nobody is excluded and it all just adds to the fun and challenge! Babies love the fresh air and watching the mums sweat it out!
