Alongside our group outdoor classes, we also offer personal training programmes either in a small group (2 – 4 people) or one to one sessions.

We will sit down with you for a free fitness consultation to understand your specific goals, then design a programme that fits you and your lifestyle. We can design something for indoors or outdoors and will measure your progress so that you can track where you are.
